2018 - 2019 FREE BBQ & Registration Night

Free BBQ & Registration/Information Night on August 7th at 7 pm for all teens, & parents in order to have permission forms completed for teen activities (7th - 12th grades).

Forms will be available on August 8th, or you may print it here, complete it, and bring it with you.

A notary will be available free of charge at the BBQ.

This is the permission covering most activities (there will be a separate form for things such as teen camp in the summer) from August 2019 - August 2020. It only needs to be complete one time for the year. Please give completed form to Nathan Brown.
