Pastor Lynn was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in a secular home.

She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1970, at the age of nineteen, then moved to Las Vegas a year later to get to know her entertainer father. She married in the St. George Temple ‘for time and all eternity’ in 1972, and had a son in 1976.

She held many callings in the church, mostly teaching in Mutual (for youth) and Relief Society (for women), and attended the LDS temples monthly to perform rituals for the dead.

Gratefully, she was saved in 1985 on Easter Sunday.

Lynn then created a support group for those coming out of Mormonism, called Ambassadors for Christ, where in seven years nearly 300 people in Las Vegas left the LDS church, with the majority then finding the “true Jesus”. .

She has spoken about Mormonism in countless churches and homes in Las Vegas, as well as in Washington, Texas, and Virginia, and continues to do so.

Coming out of a cult environment, she immediately began to consume the scriptures and seek the Truth from the only source that could be trusted, the Word of God. Gifted as a teacher, she has taught the Bible for 32 years now.

Lynn was a worship leader for 7 years at a large non-denominational church, and has been on short term missionary trips to the Philippines, Tonga, New Zealand, and South Africa. She was the Director for the Passion Play of Las Vegas for eleven years with an interdenominational cast and crew of 150 people.

She joined the Nazarene church in 2008. Having felt a call on her life since her salvation, Lynn received her first Local License from Las Vegas Church of the Nazarene in 2012, and her Arizona District License in 2015. At this time, she is completing her last required class for Ordination. She has been teaching an adult Sunday School class for 8 1/2 years, leads a ukulele club and a Bible Journaling group, as well as other duties within the scope of her responsibilities.

Pastor Lynn went to Turkey last year with a group of pastors to study the people and events of the first century church. It was a remarkable experience. However, her real passion is for Israel, and she is currently putting together a Bible Study Tour in the Holy Land scheduled for October 2018.
